The restaurant serves both traditional Okinawan cuisine and creative dishes overflowing with originality, prepared using generous helpings of luxurious high-quality local ingredients selected by the chefs themselves; from Japanese Black beef to Okinawan Agu pork. It also offers a full lineup of Awamori (the Okinawan equivalent of sake) from all of the distilleries in Okinawa prefecture. The bartenders will recommend the best choice to match your meal.
