Experience Okinawan culture and performing arts on Kokusai-dori in Naha City


Tenbusu Hall is a combined facility where visitors can experience the culture of floors Okinawa. Located on 3rd & 4rd floors. Naha Bunka Tenbusu Hall runs numerous reservation-type programs that enable visitors to learn about traditional culture. The sanshin demonstration class allows participants to learn to play a single piece of sanshin music with one hour and 30 minutes of practice time. The hall also runs a diverse range of other art performances every Thursday, including traditional Ryukyu dancing. The facility also has a Naha city tourist information center and various souvenir shops.

Hours: 9am to 10pm (open until 6pm every 1st & 3rd Monday of each month, and 10pm when Monday is a Japanese national holiday)
Closed: Every 2nd & 4th Monday of each month (closed on the following day when Monday is a Japanese national holiday)
