Ajazz is an Okinawan soba noodle shop located near to Naha’s Aja Harbor. It is very popular in the local area. The shop is particularly proud of its original, finely-sized, angularly cut soba noodles with their distinctive chewy texture, served in a refreshing yet rich flavored soup made by slowly stewing pork bones. It offers an extensive menu of soba noodle dishes, including “Sanmai-Niku Soba” (topped with delicious slices of pork ribs that melt in your mouth) and “Meat & Vegetable Soba” (topped with generous helpings of vegetables). The interior of the restaurant is light and relaxing, with the distinctive tones of jazz music playing in the background, making it a perfect for diners to relax and dine casually, either alone or with company.
