Take a casual undersea stroll aboard a glass-bottomed boat
Kabira Marine Service operates glass-bottomed boats that cruise Kabira Bay, one of the most picturesque and symbolic scenic areas of Ishigaki Island. By gazing down through the glass-paneled bottom of the boat, passengers can observe the colorful undersea world of tropical fish swimming and playing amongst the coral reefs. The ship’s captains are also very knowledgeable about the Bay, and it is fun to listen to their unique commentary. Rides last for around 30 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful natural wonders of Kabira Bay, which has attained the Michelin Green Guide Japan’s coveted 3-star rating.
