Shokudo Karika is a small restaurant that stands just like a beach hut, facing out onto Mibaru Beach, in the southern part of Okinawa Island. Its Nepalese cuisine (cooked using mainly Okinawa-produced ingredients) is prepared by real Nepalese chefs, and tastes truly authentic. The restaurant’s curry—which is made one plate one by one after each order is received—is particularly popular, you can take out them. It also serves drinks such as lassi, chai and shaved ice sundaes, making it perfect for a quick time-out during your travels.
