Eightman’s SEA BURG is a fish burger restaurant created around the concept of delivering delicious Okinawan fish and passing down information about the culture of the region. The restaurant offers original fish burgers made using fresh swordfish, dolphinfish and other varieties of fish, topped with an arrangement of the Okinawan delicacy Ninjin Shirishiri (stir-fried shredded carrot), and served with your preferred amount of handmade sauce (which containing generous vegetables). The fish and chips—which are an arrangement of uniquely Okinawan fish tempura—also come highly recommended.
